Cheesy Chimi Roasted Green Beans

Cheesy veggies like this are a favorite after-school snack, game-day appetizer, or easy side dish. We love how quickly these green beans come together, and think you’ll be surprised at how quickly they get eaten, too!

Preheat your oven to 425°F

STEP 2

In a large bowl, toss the beans with ½ a pouch of the Chimichurri and a pinch of salt. Arrange the beans in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet tray and place it inside the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes until the beans are Vibrant and tender crisp

STEP 3

Remove from oven and top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and cook until the cheese melts and becomes golden (about 4-5 minutes). Serve immediately
