A classic combo of broccoli and cheese becomes a quick, comforting weeknight staple.
Chef Tip: Gnocchi doesn’t have to be your grandmother’s recipe anymore- any frozen or cauliflower gnocchi works great here!
1 lb gnocchi
3 cups broccoli, florets roughly chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400° F. Add water to an oven-proof skillet and bring to a rapid boil. Once boiling, add salt. Then add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, add gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes.
Add ½ pouch Haven’s Kitchen Edamame Green Goddess and ½ mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and bake till golden, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
