Our recipe is a creamy blend of tahini and Extra Virgin olive oil, with hints of roasted garlic & sumac. We also added turmeric, the anti-inflammatory wunderkind, which gives our sauce it’s gorgeous golden hue.
Nutty, toasted sesame seeds are ground to a fine paste to make tahini, which yields a super creamy condiment that serves as the base for our sauce.
