Chimichurri Chicken Wings

Three ingredients come together in a snap for this super easy wing recipe, full of herby goodness thanks to our Chimi. Hot take: oven-roasted wings might be better than fried! The meat stays juicy and tender while the skin gets crispy and golden, but there's no need for babysitting a pot of hot oil (or figuring out what to do with it afterward!)

Chef Tip: This is a perfect candidate for a sauce swap! Any one of our sauces work with this recipe! Bake the wings on a rack for ultimate crispiness.

Preheat oven to 400F

In a large bowl, squeeze half of the Herby Chimichurri sauce pouch onto the wings and lightly toss the with salt. Let it marinate for at least an hour

STEP 3

Arrange the marinated wings onto a baking sheet lined with a baking rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the wings are golden brown. Remove the wings and toss with the remaining Chimichurri and serve
