Chimichurri Roasted Turkey

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Pat turkey breast completely dry with paper towels and place it on a sheet tray. In a small bowl, combine butter and Herby Chimichurri. With clean hands, spread butter all over the turkey breast, making sure to spread some under the skin.

STEP 2

Roast turkey until the internal temperature reads 160°, about an hour and a half.

STEP 3

Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
