Grilled Chimichurri Chicken with Chimichurri Yogurt

Fire up the grill and prepare yourself for a delicious Grilled Chimichurri Chicken with Chimichurri Yogurt. Chicken breasts are transformed into juicy and flavorful delights through our Herby Chimichurri sauce. The result is a perfectly charred exterior and tender meat that is sure to impress both your family and friends.

Chef Tip: To achieve beautifully grilled chicken, it's important to preheat your grill or grill pan to ensure even cooking and a nice char. Grill the chicken for approximately 4-5 minutes on one side without disturbing it to achieve a gorgeous char. Then, flip the chicken and continue cooking until it reaches the desired level of tenderness. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.




Heat grill or grill pan. While it’s heating up, toss the cutlets with ½ pouch of Herby Chimichurri


Grill for 4-5 minutes, undisturbed to get a nice char on one side, then flip and cook until the breast is tender but cooked through another 3-4 minutes


Mix 1/4 Herby Chimichurri with 1 cup of greek yogurt


Plate and top chicken with Herby Chimichurri greek yogurt mixture and serve.
