Herby Pasta Dough

Don't be afraid of homemade pasta! With just eggs, flour, water, and Herby Chimichurri, you'll impress a crowd with the most delicious, tender pasta.

Chef Tip: Letting the pasta dough rest for 30 minutes allows the flour to hydrate and the gluten to relax, ensuring the perfect texture and elasticity in your pasta dough.




Mound the flour on a clean countertop and form a well in the center. Add eggs to center of the well and whisk.


Add 1/2 - 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Chimichurri and salt. Whisk to combine


Slowly pull flour into the egg mixture with a fork, whisking to combine. When dough begins to form, knead until dough is firm and smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Top with sauce and enjoy!
