4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 cups cooked rice, for serving
Haven's Kitchen Sunshine Chili Aioli, or your favorite Haven’s Kitchen Aioli
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and add to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, lime zest, lime juice, and olive oil. Let that marinate while you heat your grill or grill pan.
When grill pan is just near smoking, add chicken and grill until there are grill marks and chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve with avocado, rice, and a drizzle of Sunshine Chili Aioli, or your favorite Haven's Kitchen Aioli.
