Vista Hermosa Chilaquiles Rojos

A quick & easy, flavorful combination. This Chilaquiles Rojos recipe is in collaboration with Vista Hermosa! Featuring Vista Hermosa Sea Salted Totopos, Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco sauce, topped with Haven’s Kitchen Sunshine Chili Aioli. This snack won’t last long on your table!

Chef Tip: For an extra burst of tangy freshness, try preparing the pickled red onion in advance. Simply combine salt, fresh lime juice, and sliced onion in a bowl, then let it marinate for at least 2 hours before adding it as a delightful garnish to your Chilaquiles Rojos.

STEP 1

On a pan, add oil, then add the habanero, garlic, and onion. Let it cook on low fire for 5 minutes

STEP 2

Add the Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco, and mix it all together. Let it simmer for 3 minutes

STEP 3

Add the Vista Hermosa Totopos, and mix it all together. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low fire

STEP 4

Serve it on a plate, top it with crumbled queso fresco, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro leaves, pickled red onion, and Haven’s Kitchen Sunshine Chili Aioli
