Crispy crunchy cod is a favorite entree that’s fun for the whole fam.

Crispy Golden Tahini Baked Cod

Crackers on cod? Trust us, this crisp coating is a delicious alternative to breading and frying fish. Our Golden Tahini binds the crackers to the cod, and baking them makes them feel super healthy while still giving you that crunchy fish and chips vibe. If you have littles in your life, have them help with crushing the crackers and topping the fish! Studies show that more particular eaters tend to be more likely to try something new if they helped make it!

Chef Tip: Lining the sheet tray with parchment makes for a super easy clean-up!


  • 4 evenly sized cod filets, about 4-oz each

  • Olive oil

  • Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini

  • About 1 cup of crackers (we used Ritz), crushed into crumbs

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • 2 Tbsp. softened butter

  • 3-4 sprigs parsley, chopped



Preheat your oven to 400°F


In a large resealable bag, toss the cod fillets along with a small glug of oil and ½ a pouch of the Tahini


In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs with the parmesan cheese, melted butter and another ¼ pouch of the Turmeric Tahini sauce


Place the marinated cod fillets on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and top them with the crumb cracker mixture.


Bake for 15 minutes then garnish with parsley
