Golden Tahini Zucchini Noodle Bowl

Full of nutrients and flavor, this is a go-to recipe for easy work-from-home lunches or quick dinners. The fresh green flavor of veggies noodles with savory soba and our Golden Turmeric Tahini is everything we love in a bowl.

Chef Tip: If you can't find zoodles or a spiralizer, feel free to use a vegetable peeler to create ribbons of the zucchini. You can do that with the carrot too if you don't feel up to making matchsticks. It's beautiful either way.


  • 1 (8oz) pack of soba noodles

  • About 2 cups of zucchini noodles, or 1 medium zucchini, "spiralized"

  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

  • Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini

  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari

  • 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar

  • Salt

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • About ½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Red pepper flakes



Cook the soba noodles according to the package, reserving cooking water for later. Add the zucchini noodles and carrots to the warm noodles and toss to warm up the veggies


In a large bowl, whisk together 2 Tbsp of the cooking water with about ¼ pouch of Golden Tahini, plus the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Add the noodles and veggies to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve garnished with sesame seeds, cilantro, and red pepper flakes to taste
