An easy weeknight meal! These chicken thighs are easily marinated in our Golden Turmeric Tahini sauce. Served on toasted Vista Hermosa Corn Tortillas and topped with a drizzle of Herby Yuzu Aioli.
Chef Tip: For a depth of flavor in the Roasted Salsa Mexicana, allow the ingredients to get a little charred during the cooking process. This imparts a smoky essence that complements the freshness of the veggies.
1 lb. Chicken thighs
Salt
Pepper
Roasted Salsa Mexicana
Jalapeño
White onion
Tomatoes
Lime
Oil
In a bowl, add chicken thighs & marinate them with Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini. Let it marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge
After the chicken thighs are marinated, add oil on a hot plancha or skillet. Season the thighs with salt and pepper and place them on the plancha or skillet, searing them well on both sides
Roasted Salsa Mexicana: in a hot pan add oil, diced onions, and diced jalapeños; let them cook for 3 minutes; add diced tomatoes and let all the ingredients get a little chard; turn off the fire; add salt and fresh squeezed lime juice
Top warmed Vista Hermosa tortillas with sliced seared chicken thighs. Top it with Roasted Salsa Mexicana, fresh cilantro leaves, a wedge of lime, and Haven's Kitchen Herby Yuzu Aioli
