Miso Glazed Chicken Thighs

This easy recipe features a mouthwatering marinade of Gingery Miso sauce, chili garlic sauce, and honey. Roasted until perfectly caramelized, and garnished with sesame seeds and scallions, it's a quick and delicious way to add some heat to your night.

Chef Tip: For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours or overnight in the fridge before roasting. This allows the flavors to penetrate the meat and creates a more tender and flavorful chicken.


  • Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso

  • Chili garlic sauce (Sambal Oelek)

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • Olive oil

  • 5-6 chicken boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • ½ bunch of scallions, sliced



Preheat your oven to 450F. In a large bowl, prepare your marinade by whisking together ½ a pouch of the Gingery Miso along with the chili garlic sauce, honey, and olive oil. Set 1 tbsp of the marinade aside


Add the chicken thighs and coat them evenly in the marinade. Spread them on a parchment lined baking sheet tray on a cooling rack and place it inside the oven to roast for 15 minutes


Spread the remaining marinade on the chicken and allow it to roast for another 10 minutes or until the chicken has charred and begins to look caramelized. Garnish with the sesame seeds and scallions and serve immediately.
